We Don't Just Fix Mitsubishis.
We Fix Whatever You Drive.
Factory-Trained Technicians. Any Make. Any Model.
Brakes, tires, shocks and struts, alignments, oil changes, batteries, air conditioning and check-engine diagnostics — on your Ford, Chevy, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru or anything else in your driveway. Same shop. Same technicians. Same equipment we use on a brand-new Outlander. No appointment necessary — we take walk-ins.
You Don't Have to Own a Mitsubishi
to Get Service Here.
This is the part most people in Grand Blanc don't know: a franchise dealership service department is not limited to the badge on the building. Our technicians are factory-trained — that training is the floor, not the fence. The same lift, the same alignment rack, the same diagnostic equipment and the same certified hands that service a brand-new Outlander PHEV will service your 2014 Silverado.
Genesee County drives Fords and Chevys. The average vehicle on the road in America is now 12.8 years old — well past factory warranty and squarely into the brakes, suspension, battery and A/C replacement window. That is exactly the work we do, on exactly those vehicles, every day.

Almost Everybody Assumes the Dealer Costs More.
The Numbers Say Otherwise.
Cox Automotive's 2025 service study put the average dealership repair at $261 against $275 at a general repair shop. Kelley Blue Book calls the gap a matter of perception rather than reality. We are not asking you to take our word for it — bring the vehicle in, get a free written estimate, and compare it line by line against anyone else in Grand Blanc.
| What Actually Matters | Quick-Lube / Tire Chain | Grand Blanc Mitsubishi |
|---|---|---|
| Technician training | Varies by location. Chain service pages generally say "certified technicians" without naming a certification body. | Factory-trained and manufacturer-certified technicians |
| Parts | Aftermarket only. No OEM parts option exists at a quick-lube or tire chain. | Genuine OEM parts available, with your choice of quality-tested alternatives when you want to save |
| Open recall check | Not offered. Chains have no manufacturer database access. | We check open recalls and technical service bulletins by VIN on every visit |
| Diagnostic capability | Generic code readers. Hybrid, plug-in and advanced driver-assist systems are typically declined. | Manufacturer diagnostic equipment with current software, including hybrid and plug-in high-voltage systems and ADAS calibration |
| Service history | A paper receipt in your glovebox. | Documented in the manufacturer system — the record follows the vehicle and supports resale value |
| Paying over time | Store credit card, if any. | Service now, pay later financing through Sunbit — apply in minutes |
| Written estimate | Varies. Michigan law requires one at $50 and up. | Written estimate before we touch anything, and a phone call before any work exceeds it — no surprise invoice at pickup |
Cox Automotive 2025 service study figures cited above are national averages and are not a quote for any specific repair. Comparison of quick-lube and tire-chain capabilities reflects those companies' own published service pages as of August 2026 and may vary by location and franchisee.
Everything the Tire Shop Does.
Plus What They Send You Away For.
One shop, one appointment, one invoice. No bouncing between the tire place, the muffler place and the guy who "does electrical." If it rolls into the bay, we work on it.
Pads, rotors, calipers, brake fluid flush, ABS diagnosis and parking brake service. Free brake inspection, and we quote per axle so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Brake Repair ›All major brands, mounting, balancing, rotation, flat repair, TPMS sensors and pothole-damaged wheel diagnosis. Ask about the tire price-match promise and 24-month road hazard coverage.
Tires & Alignment ›Four-wheel alignment on our rack. If the car pulls, the wheel sits off center, or the tires are wearing on one shoulder, this is almost always the fix — and it is what saves the tires.
Alignment ›Suspension inspection, shocks, struts, sway bar links, control arms, ball joints and wheel bearings. The most-ignored repair in Michigan and the one our roads punish hardest.
Suspension ›Conventional, synthetic blend and full synthetic oil changes, plus engine air and cabin air filters. Every oil change includes a free multi-point inspection you get to see.
Free battery and charging-system testing, battery replacement, alternator and starter diagnosis, and the wiring and parasitic-draw work most independents will not take on.
A/C performance check, leak detection, evacuate and recharge, compressor and condenser service, and cabin filter replacement for the smell you have been ignoring since June.
Manufacturer-level scan tools, not a parts-counter code reader. We tell you what the code means on your specific vehicle, not just which sensor threw it.
Fluid services, CVT service, diagnosis of slipping, shuddering and harsh shifts. We are also the authority on Mitsubishi CVT service intervals if that is what you drive.
Coolant flush, radiator, water pump, thermostat and hose service. Overheating in traffic on I-75 is not something to drive one more exit on.
Mufflers, pipes, hangers, flex joints and catalytic converter diagnosis. Michigan road salt eats exhaust systems from the outside in.
Wiper blades, bulbs, fluids, belts and hoses. Small jobs are still jobs. We will not tell you to come back another day for a $20 fix.
What We Repair — and What
We Look At for Free.
Every job starts with a free written estimate, and we do not quote a number until someone has actually looked at the vehicle. Prices vary enormously by year, make, model and condition, so anyone advertising one flat number for a repair is either quoting the cheapest possible car or leaving something out. Walk in during service hours, or call and we will tell you what to expect before you drive over.
Walk-ins welcome. All makes and models.
All makes and models. Every one of these is quoted after inspection, in writing.
Free to Find Out.
Discounted to Fix.
We would rather look at it for free and tell you it is fine than have you drive on it for another month. Inspections and testing cost nothing, no appointment required. When there is real work to do, the savings scale with the size of the job.
No purchase necessary. No appointment needed — walk in during service hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Spend $100 save $10, spend $250 save $25, spend $500 save $50. Applies to parts and labor on a single repair order, calculated on the original retail estimate — not on an already-discounted price. Present at time of write-up. One offer per repair order. Cannot be combined with other offers. No expiration date.
Front axle, rear axle, or both. Most vehicles. Applies to the original retail estimate, not to an already-discounted price. Present at time of write-up. Cannot be combined with other offers. No expiration date.
See our current service specials page for everything else that is running, or call (810) 215-9166 and we will tell you what applies to your job before you come in.
Four Things a Quick-Lube
Structurally Cannot Offer You.
Not marketing claims. Capability differences. Every one of these is verifiable, and every one of them is the reason the cheapest oil change is not always the cheapest year.
We have direct manufacturer database access. On every visit we check whether your vehicle has an open safety recall or a technical service bulletin that changes how a repair should be done. A quick-lube has no way to see either.
Chains are aftermarket-only by design. We can put the manufacturer's own part on your car — or a quality-tested alternative when the budget matters more than the badge. That choice is yours to make, not ours to hide.
Manufacturer scan tools with current software, plus the training to read them. That is what makes hybrid and plug-in high-voltage service, driver-assist camera calibration and intermittent electrical faults possible instead of "we can't touch that."
Your work is documented in the manufacturer system, not a receipt that fades in the glovebox. When you sell or trade the vehicle, a documented maintenance history is worth real money.
Early drop-off available. Ask about after-hours key drop when you schedule.
Minutes from S Saginaw Street, Hill Road and I-75.
Where You Get Service
Does Not Void Your Warranty.
This one comes up every single week, in both directions, and there is a lot of bad information out there. Here is the actual law.
Federal law protects your right to choose. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer generally cannot condition your warranty coverage on using a specific brand of part or a specific service provider, unless that part or service is provided to you free of charge. The Federal Trade Commission has sent warning letters to companies over exactly this kind of warranty language.
So no — getting your oil changed somewhere else does not void your factory warranty. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either misinformed or leaning on you. What a manufacturer can do is decline to cover a failure that was actually caused by a bad part or bad workmanship, and the burden of proving that causation is on them, not on you.
The one real exception is prepaid maintenance. Coverage that the manufacturer gives you at no charge — like the Mitsubishi 2-year / 30,000-mile Limited Maintenance that comes with a new Mitsubishi — can legally require manufacturer parts and fluids at a Mitsubishi dealer, precisely because you are not paying for it. If you have it, it is non-transferable and it expires whether you use it or not. If you drive a new Mitsubishi and have not used yours, call us before it runs out.
Our pitch is not fear. Come here because the technicians are factory-trained, because we can put the manufacturer's own part on your vehicle, because we check your recalls, and because the price is competitive. Not because somebody scared you into it.
Genesee County Is Harder on a Vehicle
Than Almost Anywhere in the Country.
Salt from November through March. Freeze-thaw cycles that open potholes every March. And commutes long enough that brake pads and tires hit their replacement intervals a year early. This is not a sales pitch — it is why the same car needs more attention in Grand Blanc than it would in Phoenix.
The two repairs it hits hardest, suspension and alignment, are also the two that almost nobody thinks to check. That is why we look at them for free on every visit.

All-Makes Service FAQ
Yes. We service all makes and models — Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Ram, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, Mazda, Volkswagen and more. Brakes, tires, alignment, suspension, oil, batteries, A/C, diagnostics, transmission service and exhaust are all standard work here regardless of what badge is on the hood.
Usually less than people assume. Cox Automotive's 2025 study put the average dealership repair at $261 versus $275 at a general repair shop. Kelley Blue Book describes the widespread belief that dealers cost more as perception rather than reality. We do not publish flat repair prices, because they vary enormously by year, make, model and condition and any single advertised number would be misleading. What we do instead is look at it for free and put a written estimate in your hand before anything happens.
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer generally cannot require you to use a specific service provider or brand of part to keep your warranty, unless that service is provided free of charge. The one real exception is free prepaid maintenance included with a new vehicle. Anyone telling you your warranty is at risk for using another shop is giving you bad information.
No appointment necessary — we take walk-ins during service hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Free inspections and testing are genuinely walk-in work. For a larger repair, scheduling ahead gets you in and out faster and lets us have the parts on the shelf, so you can book online or call (810) 215-9166 first if you would rather.
Yes. We offer service now, pay later financing through Sunbit, which lets you split a repair into monthly payments. You can start the application before you come in. We will not quote approval odds — that depends on your application — but the process takes a few minutes and there is no obligation.
Talk to an advisor before you buy anything. There are jobs where we can and jobs where we cannot, and the answer depends on the repair and whether we can stand behind the result. We would rather have that conversation up front than after the part is already on the counter.
Brake pad and rotor condition, tire tread depth and pressure, battery and charging system, all fluid levels, belts and hoses, wiper blades, lights, and a visual check of the suspension and exhaust. You get the results, including what is fine — not just a list of what we want to sell you.
Our service department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and closed weekends. If weekdays are hard, ask about early drop-off and after-hours key return when you schedule — most customers who work weekdays drop the vehicle before work and pick it up after.
We regularly see customers from Grand Blanc Township, Burton, Davison, Flint, Swartz Creek, Goodrich, Fenton, Linden, Holly, Clio and Mount Morris. We are on Ali Drive off S Saginaw Street, minutes from Hill Road and I-75, which makes us an easy stop for anyone commuting the corridor.
Yes. We have the manufacturer diagnostic equipment and the high-voltage training for hybrid and plug-in hybrid systems, including the Outlander PHEV. This is a common reason people end up here after a chain shop declined the work.
Michigan law requires a written estimate on any repair of $50 or more before work begins, and requires your authorization before charges exceed that estimate by more than 10% or $10. We call you. You decide. Nobody gets a surprise invoice at pickup.
On every visit, by VIN. If your vehicle has an open safety recall we will tell you, and if it is a Mitsubishi we can usually perform the recall work here at no charge to you. For other makes we will tell you what we found so you can take it to the appropriate dealer.

We'll Tell You Straight.
Free inspection, written estimate, honest answer. If it does not need fixing yet, we will tell you that too — and tell you roughly how long you have.
Repair pricing is quoted per vehicle after inspection and is not published on this page, because actual cost depends on year, make, model, condition and the parts selected. Estimates are free and provided in writing before any work begins. Brake work is quoted per axle. Quoted prices exclude tax, shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal fees unless stated otherwise. Michigan Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act requirements apply: a written estimate is provided on any repair of $50 or more before work begins, shop supply and hazardous waste disposal charges appear in that estimate, and customer authorization is obtained before charges exceed the estimate by more than 10% or $10. Customers have the right to receive replaced parts.
Advertised service offers require presentation of the offer at time of write-up, apply to most vehicles, and cannot be combined with any other offer or advertised special. Savings are calculated on the original retail estimate for the repair and do not apply to an already-discounted, promotional or previously quoted price. The tiered savings offer applies to parts and labor on a single repair order, limit one offer per repair order. Brake savings are per axle. These offers carry no expiration date but may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Free inspection, testing and estimate offers require no purchase and no appointment. Service financing is provided by a third-party lender; approval, terms and available amount are determined by the lender and are not guaranteed.
